Zombie Treasure
(Sponsored by Aprone)

Welcome to the exciting game: "Zombie Treasure"created by Aprone. The game is currently only being offered to [World of Warcraft] players on the Lothar server.

<This game will begin once 27 people have signed up to play... Please sign up today!>

The idea behind "Zombie Treasure" is to get your hands on 3 keys needed to open the treasure chest and win the prize. There are 3 types of keys (Gold, Silver, and Bronze), 3 colors of ribbons (Red, Blue, and Green), and 3 animal designs (Spider, Snake, and Bat). Each key has 1 ribbon and 1 design on it... making for a total of 27 different Keys.

To open the treasure chest you need 3 Different Keys that fit this formula:

- None of the 3 Keys can be exactly the same as another of the 3.

- All 3 Keys must either be all the same type (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) or all 3 must all be different (one of each type).

- All 3 Ribbons must either be all the same color (Red, Blue, or Green) or all 3 must all be different (one of each color).

- All 3 Keys must either all have the same design (Spider, Snake, or Bat) or all 3 must all be different (one of each design).

If your the first to get 3 Keys that fit all 4 rules... and you win!
There will be prizes for the first 3 people to turn in winning Key sets.

* Ignore the "Written by" names listed below in the text and in the pictures... it will be changed when the game is ready to begin

What exactly are these Keys?

Each Key is actually a letter which states the Key it represents. The Keys cannot be faked because all of the real Keys will say "Written by Windtunnel" when you move your mouse cursor over them.

So how do you play the game and get these Keys?

For "Zombie Treasure" people will need to sign up to play. Send Aprone 50s (Special offer: This first time running this game will be FREE! Signup costs nothing so sign up NOW!) to have your name placed on the waiting list. Once 27 people are on the list the game will begin. In the mail you will recieve 3 identical Keys. The particular Key you get will be randomly chosen so that everyone has an equal chance.

The 3 mail messages you recieve won't have Keys attached to them, instead you will need to save the message as a letter. To do that, open each of the 3 letters and click the "Save as attachment" button before you delete the message. You will now have the 3 Keys in your inventory.

Once you have your Keys are you free to trade them with others while you try to put together a winning set. It is probably best if you do not announce what Key you need to win or people either won't trade it to you or will want outrageous amounts for it! The best idea will be to announce what Key you are wanting to sell/trade and have others come to you. Once 3 people have turned in a winning set, the game ends. It is possible that a person may have accidentally turned in an incorrect set of Keys... until the web site officially shows the game has ended you may choose to continue playing in hopes that you can still win.

Once you get 3 Keys that fit all 4 rules... QUICKLY mail all 3 Key-letters to Aprone! The first person to send in a winning set will recieve 6g!, the second will recieve 4g!, and the third will recieve 2g! Even if Aprone is standing right next to you, you MUST mail the 3 Key-letters to him. It takes mail 1 hour to arrive but it still must be done. It would not be fair to hand him the answer because someone who finished faster than you may have mailed it but it's still during that 1 hour delay. To keep things fair it must be mailed.

The money the people paid to get on the game list is used for the Prize money. "Zombie Treasure" is a longer game than "Key Tower" and has smaller prizes... the focus of "Zombie Treasure" was to have a game for the non-rich players that spans more time and gives out 2nd and 3rd place prizes.

Never forget that the other people are working AGAINST you. They won't always cooperate, and some may try their best to trick or cheat you to slow down your chance of winning before them. Never buy a Key unless it says it was "Written by Windtunnel"! If it doesn't, it's a fake!

It is important to understand what makes a set of Keys a winner or not. If you don't understand, take a look at these examples and see how they fit (or don't fit) the 4 rules. If you are still unsure, ask other players, post on the forum, or finally mail Aprone.

Some examples of winning Key sets:

Hopefully you can see how Key type, Ribbon color, and Design are looked at separately to check if they fit the rules.
In each set the Key types are either all the same or are all different.
In each set the Ribbon colors are either all the same or are all different.
In each set the Designs are either all the same or are all different.

Some example Key sets that are NOT winners:

First example is wrong because 2 of the Keys are exactly the same.
Second example is wrong because the Ribbon colors should be either all the same kind, or 1 of each.
Third example is wrong because the Designs should be either all the same kind, or 1 of each.

Good luck, and have fun!

P.S. If possible, please support the game

Getting games like these "off the ground" can be Very difficult. People don't trust games for fear that someone won't give out the jackpot once there is a winner. It takes time for a game owner to build up credibility so that he/she is generally trusted. Only after there is general trust can the game truly become fun for everyone.

To help people see that I can be trusted (and that I have a good game) I have been running tests of my games using my own money as the rewards ("Zombie Treasure" is actually self-funded). As you can imagine, it's not easy handing out 10g here and 10g there to fund these games all by myself. The best way to help me is to encourage others to play. If you hear people talking bad about me or the game then please stick up for me. You'd be supprised how many people will automatically assume I'm some game-con-artist and will do all that they can to tell people not to trust me or play my games. If you hear people saying things about me/my game that are not true, I ask you to please let the truth be known. Thank you.
